If your favourite product is out of stock, you can either choose another flavour that is in stock, opt for an equivalent product as recommended by us or wait until we replenish the goods accordingly. If you are unable to find or decide on the specific product that you are looking for, drop us an email and we will try to source from our local contacts and/or we can advise you as to when the stock will be arriving. Your business is important to us and we will try our utmost best to sort it out for you.
Postage charges are calculated automatically when you add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. However, these rates are applicable for destinations within Malaysia only. Please contact us for shipping rates to overseas destination.
Yes, BBS accepts all international orders. International buyers will have to bear the postage costs and PayPal charges, if applicable.
Please note that payment has to be made within 2 days upon receiving our payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the priority given to any other interested customers in the event of insufficient stocks.
ATM receipts and reference numbers should be retained until we have confirmed your payment as proof of purchase.
For local orders, we accept payment via Bank Transfer, Credit Card and iPay88. We offer Maybank, Public Bank and CIMB bank transfer options for local payments.
For international orders, payment is via Credit Card or PayPal.

Shipping & Return
Orders are shipped on working days only. Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Malaysia. We take concerted effort to ensure that your packages arrive in the shortest time and in the best condition possible. However, there may be rare instances where items may be damaged during shipment. Shipment is carried out by third party courier companies which are beyond our control. For return of damaged products, please refer to the section on "Shipping & Return".
